August means back to work for me and back to school and busy mornings for all the families! There’s no easier and nutritious breakfast than fresh juice. Most mornings, I make my juice just before walking out the door and then enjoy it on my commute to work. My new favorite recipe is so refreshing, it tastes like a Mojito! If you have a juicer, give this a try. It is a basic green juice recipe with a twist. ENJOY!

Erin’s yoga practice began at Yogaworks in California. She was drawn to the mat to release tight muscles and kept coming back for the whole body work. Once she discovered the spiritual power of yoga, she was hooked. With a lifelong desire to work with people to improve their lives, she received a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Her education provided a deep understanding of the physical body and an understanding of the importance of each individual’s mental well-being. She was trained at Lotus House of Yoga in 2012. She is excited to bring mental and physical strength, peace, love and bliss to her students.
